This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, work from the comfort of your own home, and contribute to the success of arenaflex. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Type a minimum of 45 words per minute with high accuracy * 10-key by touch with ease * Insert patient and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from our hospital system into our internal accounting system * Edit and/or create PDF files or Excel files as required * Respond to queries for information and access relevant files, providing excellent customer service to hospital partners, patients, attorneys, or other agencies working with our patient population * Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information * Perform other duties as assigned by management **Qualifications and Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High School diploma required * Good working knowledge of MS Office, Windows, and Exchange email * Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, courteous, and helpful approach * Ability to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, as well as interact in a professional manner with colleagues, patients, public, and client staff members * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively * Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a reliable home internet connection that meets our upload and download speed criteria **Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in making a positive impact on the lives of our employees, and we're committed to providing comprehensive benefits that contribute to their present and future well-being.
