We're looking for an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our Beacon-to-Link migration project. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing entry-level application administration, including data entry, customer support, and troubleshooting. If you're a fast and accurate typist with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed (over 40 wpm)
  • Provide excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with our development team to build organizations and users in Link
  • Support our divisions with shift work, including 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, and 11AM-8PM EST shifts
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to improve skills and knowledge
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (over 40 wpm)
  • Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
  • Proficient in Word and Excel
  • Reliable internet connection required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Tier 1 helpdesk experience and triage experience a plus
  • Previous experience in application administration or customer support
