Job Overview We are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our Revenue Technology and Data Analytics team. Key Responsibilities Assist in data entry, management, and analysis to support revenue technology and data analytics initiatives Work collaboratively with the IT team to ensure accurate and efficient data processing Provide technical support for IT projects, including business analysis, data analysis, and software development Participate in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of software applications and infrastructure Utilize various technologies, such as Java/JEE, JSON, Spring, Agile, DevOps, API, JavaScript, C++, Python, REST, XML, web services, HTML, and growing mobile technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and test decision-support systems Develop and maintain performance dashboards and service-level agreements with various products Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Strong analytical, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a business-casual work environment and adapt to a hybrid work schedule (partially on-site and partially remote) Willingness to learn and embrace new technologies, ideas, and approaches Strong problem-solving skills and ability to overcome obstacles and learn from mistakes Familiarity with Agile approaches, Software Dev Lifecycle, cloud computing, and/or computer hardware components and support Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on safety and security Preferred Qualifications Ability to process large amounts of data and information, and concisely interpret insights and recommendations Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem-solving and compromise to enable innovation and progress Passion for working with cloud computing and technologies, such as Mobile applications, Enterprise web applications, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence Experience with data analysis, business analysis, or software development Strong understanding of IT project management and software development lifecycle
