As a Live Sales Chat Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith in our digital platforms, providing high-level customer service excellence to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing product features, benefits, and applications to qualify leads and initiate the sales process
- Responding to and processing all incoming web chat and email inquiries from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service through our digital platforms
- Triage web-based sales leads and direct customers to appropriate selling resources
- Logging opportunities in Salesforce.com for tracking and follow-up

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Life Sciences field or related lab experience
- Minimum of 0-1 years of related work experience in customer service or telephone support
