As a part-time remote outbound customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making high volumes of calls to customers to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members
- Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze customer behavior
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, best practices, and customer insights
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction

- Make high volumes of calls to customers to provide exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
- Professional and articulate speaking voice
- Own equipment (Windows 10 or 11 PC, wired headsets, minimum 50mbps download and 10mbps upload internet speed)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
- Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role
- Knowledge of CRM systems and software
