Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong computer skills, including proficiency in bolthires Office, bolthires Suite, or similar software * Exceptional customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on delivering world-class experiences * High-speed internet access, with a reliable internet speed test to ensure seamless connectivity * Ability to multitask and navigate through multiple windows and screens, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively * A quiet, distraction-free work environment, free from interruptions and noise * Ability to commit to a regular schedule, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed Preferred
