Job Overview In this role, you will be the voice of Talentra, providing top-notch customer service to our online customers. Your primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via multiple channels, including email, phone, and online chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when interacting with our brand. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service through various online channels, including email, phone, and online chat Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and organized manner Offer support on bicycle components, accessories, and tools, leveraging your in-depth bicycle knowledge Process returns and warranty claims accurately and efficiently Collaborate with the leadership team to communicate customer feedback and contribute to the growth and improvement of our customer service operations Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the bicycle industry, capitalizing on opportunities to build your knowledge and share it with the team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion for delivering superior customer service, as well as a solid foundation in bicycle knowledge. You should be driven to help customers solve issues swiftly and efficiently, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
