Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Intake and triage of existing client inquiries via phone, email, and SMS * Driving a complete, efficient, and professional resolution for each client inquiry * Expertly utilizing our internal and external platforms, including our CRM and multiple carrier portal systems * Identifying and converting cross-sell opportunities * Identifying and following up on key retention opportunities * Assisting in the development of processes and playbooks for the CSR team * Working with our internal product and operations teams to improve our proprietary systems and processes for a best-in-class onboarding and customer experience * Tracking and optimizing on key service metrics, such as first response time, resolution time, CSAT, retention, and escalations Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An active P&C insurance license * Multiple years of experience servicing personal lines auto and home * Multiple years of experience handling customer service calls or experience in a call center * Experience cross-selling policies * Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills * Experience delivering client-focused solutions and creating long-lasting relationships * Technology-forward: tech company experience preferred * Call center or remote experience a bonus * Bonus for Bilingual: communicate fluently with our Spanish-speaking customers Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
