  • *Responsibilities**

As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service.
  • Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data management.
  • Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information.
  • Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of our team.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.
  • Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and collaborative attitude.

While not required, experience in workers' compensation law and editing skills would be a valuable asset in this role.
