About the Role We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician and Data Entry Specialist to at arenaflex. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for assisting the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong relationships with our most valuable customers and contribute to the growth and success of our pharmacy operations. Key Responsibilities Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy, including entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy Develop strong relationships with customers and patients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Use pharmacy systems to enter patient and drug information, process prescriptions, and perform other pharmacy-related tasks Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing shipments of prescription medications Support the pharmacy team in maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly pharmacy department Comply with all company policies and procedures, including those related to pharmacy operations, customer service, and employee conduct Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
You should also have a strong foundation in math skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications. Additionally, you should have basic computer skills and be able to learn and use our pharmacy systems. Preferred Qualifications 6 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a pharmacy setting Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar company PC certification or the ability to obtain certification within a specified timeframe Knowledge of store inventory control and management Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a unique and delightful customer experience
