We're committed to fostering a culture that promotes integrity, collaboration, and compassion, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone interactions, ensuring high retention rates and satisfaction * Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner * Identifying and anticipating customer needs to provide personalized solutions * Effectively prioritizing work time to ensure productivity standards are achieved * Maintaining a positive and professional tone in all interactions * Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives * Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge * Passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences * Ability to speak in a pleasant tone, retain composure, and gain confidence of the customer * Proficient ability to read, write, and speak the English language * Ability to identify and anticipate customer needs * Effective prioritization and time management skills * Customer service background or experience working with people * Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus **Requirements** * Paid training from August 25 - September 12, Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm * Work schedule options: + Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM + Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM * Base wage = $14.50 * Shift differential: 2nd Shift = $.75 for each paid hour if 50% or more of scheduled hours occur between 4pm-12am on a routine and reoccurring basis * Position type: Temporary, non-benefited position, with potential to transition into a regular, full-time role based on performance and organizational needs within 5 months **Benefits** * arenaflex strives to create an environment that brings the power of diversity to life * Opportunities for career growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Competitive compensation and benefits package **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Phone Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented culture that values innovation, excellence, and compassion.
