Your Role at arenaflex As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond.

Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Resolve Complex Consumer Issues: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
* Assist Policy Holders: Support policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide recommendations and adjustments as necessary. * Provide Support: Assist policy holders with any policy changes requested and support their needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary. Qualifications We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need: *6 Months Customer Service
Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues.
* Age: Be at least 18 years old. * Typing Speed: Be able to type 25 words per minute. * Education: Have a high school graduate or GED. * Computer Skills: Be comfortable with desktop computer systems and have proven oral and written communication skills. * Call Center
Experience: 6 months of call center experience is preferred. * Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Have logical problem-solving skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. * Availability: Be available to work various shifts. * Windows Operating Systems: Be able to use Windows operating systems.
* Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Have strong organization and work prioritization skills.
