Become a Licensed Insurance Agent with arenaflex arenaflex offers a unique opportunity for Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representatives to become licensed insurance agents through our comprehensive training program. Our 5-day paid training program will prepare you for the State Insurance Exam, and we will cover the bolthires of the exam and provide a trainer to support you every step of the way.
After passing your exam, we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states and territories where we operate. Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: You will use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
* Assisting Policy Holders: You will assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes requested. * Supporting Policy Holder Needs: You will provide recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holder needs. Qualifications We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you will need: *6 Months Customer Service
Experience: You will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
* Over 18 Years of Age: You will be over 18 years of age. * Ability to Type 25 WPM: You will be able to type 25 words per minute. * High School Graduate or GED: You will have a high school diploma or equivalent. * Comfort with Desktop Computer System: You will be comfortable using a desktop computer system. * Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: You will have proven oral and written communication skills. *6 Months Call Center
Experience: While not required, 6 months call center experience is preferred.
* Logical Problem-Solving Skills: You will have logical problem-solving skills. * Availability to Work Various Shifts: You will be available to work various shifts. * Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems: You will be able to use Windows operating systems. * Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: You will have organization and work prioritization skills. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need: * Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* ISP with No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms:
