Your Role as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for: * Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use your exceptional decision-making skills and innovation to resolve high-level consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on complex issues * Assisting Policy Holders: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, as well as policy changes requested * Supporting Policy Holder Needs: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to meet policy holder needs Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you'll need: *6 months of customer service experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * Over 18 years of age: Meet the minimum age requirement for this role * Ability to type 25 wpm: Demonstrate strong typing skills to efficiently manage customer interactions * High School Graduate or GED: Meet the minimum educational requirement * Comfort with desktop computer systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and desktop applications * Proven oral and written communication skills: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues *6 months of call center experience (preferred): Prior experience in a call center environment * Logical problem-solving skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions * Availability to work various shifts: Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends * Ability to use Windows operating systems: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and desktop applications Work from Home Requirements To ensure a seamless and productive work-from-home experience, you'll need: * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed: Provide documentation of your internet speed to ensure a stable connection * Clean and quiet workspace: Create a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions Join the arenaflex Family At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a workplace that is conducive to happiness and a healthy work-life balance.
