Responsibilities As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Resolving Complex Consumer Issues: Use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues. * Assisting Policy Holders: Assist policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and provide support with policy changes requested.
* Providing Recommendations: Support policy holders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary. * Collaborating with Team Members: Work collaboratively with team members to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns. Qualifications We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need: *6 months of customer service experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong focus on resolving complex issues.
* High School Graduate or GED: A high school graduate or equivalent is required. * Comfort with Desktop Computer Systems: Comfort with desktop computer systems, including Windows operating systems. * Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. * Logical Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
* Availability to Work Various Shifts: Availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Ability to Type 25 WPM: Ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and efficiency. Work from Home Requirements To work from home, you will need: * Internet Connection Requirements: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps. * ISP with No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms: An ISP with no packet loss and a ping under 50ms. * Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required.
