Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to in a remote capacity. As a Pricing Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping our lending and evaluating strategies, working closely with colleagues to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities As a Pricing Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Working with colleagues to develop and implement innovative lending and evaluating strategies * Evaluating the feasibility of these strategies with our partners and stakeholders * Creating detailed requirements to execute the strategies * Driving the execution and delivery of the methodologies * Assisting in the development of test conditions and observation tools to ensure quality * Assessing the results of product and feature launches * Creating a roadmap for future capabilities Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, economics) * A deep understanding of financial services and lending products * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business results and client influences * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams * The ability to translate business needs into effective features and requirements * Top-notch written and oral communication skills, with the ability to impact business decisions * Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive detailed execution in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Coordinated strategy experience * Knowledge of SQL Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * A deep understanding of financial services and lending products * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams * Top-notch written and oral communication skills * Experience in project management * The ability to manage multiple priorities and drive detailed execution in a fast-paced environment
