Join us to be part of a team that's shaping the future of social interaction in the crypto space. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Product Operations Specialist to join our team and help shape the future of arenaflex Square. As a Product Operations Specialist, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to plan, prioritize, and implement updates to the Chat feature. You'll develop and execute GTM plans for new chat feature releases, partner with XFN teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and adoption, and analyze user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the Chat feature's functionality and user experience. **Responsibilities** As a Product Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to plan, prioritize, and implement updates to the Chat feature * Developing and executing GTM plans for new chat feature releases, including user communication, marketing coordination, and launch strategies * Partnering with XFN teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of the Chat feature * Analyzing user behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for improving the Chat feature's functionality and user experience * Working with data analysts to conduct A/B testing and iterate on feature performance based on results * Defining and tracking key performance indicators, monitoring operational health of the Chat feature, identifying and resolving issues proactively * Developing resources (e.g., FAQs, tutorials) to educate users on leveraging the Chat feature effectively **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 3-5 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related role, preferably in a tech, fintech, or crypto platform * Proven experience in driving product updates, GTM strategies, or feature optimization in a user-facing product * Familiarity with chat or messaging platforms is a strong plus * Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and operational processes * Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking and interpreting KPIs using tools * Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams * Knowledge of the crypto or fintech industry and user behavior in digital platforms **Why Join arenaflex?** * Shape the future with the world's leading blockchain ecosystem * Collaborate with world-class talent in a user-centric global organization with a flat structure * Tackle unique, fast-paced projects with autonomy in an innovative environment * Thrive in a results-driven workplace with opportunities for career growth and continuous learning * Competitive salary and company benefits * Work-from-home arrangement (the arrangement may vary depending on the work nature of the business team) **Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion** arenaflex is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
