Our team is passionate about making a positive impact on the environment, and we're committed to providing exceptional services that truly make a difference. **Responsibilities** As a Project Data Entry Clerk, you'll be responsible for: * Gaining a full understanding of the project structure and process for creating new projects and entering change orders * Running daily project reports from our CRM to identify new projects awarded * Creating projects in our project management application using the project report as a guide * Setting up the work breakdown structure of tasks for timesheet entry * Creating billing rules used to invoice clients * Establishing project folders using project numbers created for the engineering team * Running daily change order reports from our CRM to identify new change orders awarded * Updating existing project work breakdown structures using change order reports * Adding change order milestones to billing rules * Assisting with the tracking and follow-up of client-issued purchase orders * Participating in special projects as requested by the Project Coordinator **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 0-2 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment * Comfortable responding to requests from all departments, including Sales and Engineering * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently * Great teamwork and collaboration skills * Flexibility to work in a fast-paced work environment * Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Ability to work in a hybrid in-office and remotely weekly schedule **Physical Demands and Work Environment** This position requires occasional sitting for extended periods of time.
