As an Experienced Proofreader & Customer Representative Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Proofread Written and Digital Work Product: Review and edit creative content across various media and industries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand voice.
- Crosscheck References and Data: Verify the accuracy of referenced facts and double-check cross-referenced materials to maintain the highest level of quality.
- Review Output for Consistency: Ensure that content aligns with company-wide work, maintaining consistency across campaigns, products, and brands.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Attend team meetings, provide constructive editorial input, and communicate with team members to achieve consistent, accurate, and high-quality work product.
- Improve Editing Processes: Suggest process improvements and evaluate procedures to create efficiencies and enhance the editing process.

As a customer-focused representative, you will be responsible for:
