We're seeking an experienced Property and Casualty (P&C) Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Texas. As a P&C Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and answering questions related to their P&C policies. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Field inbound communication (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.) from our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our clients' P&C policies, including coverage, premiums, and claims
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to senior representatives or management as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, emails, and chat logs
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, claims, and sales, to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory requirements, and arenaflex policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with insurance industry software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
