Job Summary We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Manager - Requirements, Test Plans & Reports to join our MSP Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and solutions. Your expertise will help us drive innovation, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities As a Quality Assurance Manager - Requirements, Test Plans & Reports, you'll be responsible for: * Analyzing functional specifications to ensure they meet customer requirements and decomposing them into lower-level requirements that are "testable" * Writing test plans to validate end-to-end solutions using statistical analysis and collaborating with the QA Manual Testing team to execute these plans * Analyzing test results using data-software and summarizing output in test reports * Communicating quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Participating in product testing and connecting with internal customers to review client, customer, and user feedback * Maintaining compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical skills combined with business understanding to translate functional requirements into testable plans * Broad experience and exposure across multiple stakeholders, including product teams, operations, maintenance, process, and engineering teams * Deep skills in complex systems integration and validation, including a high degree of ambiguity * Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and abstract thinking skills * Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills * Experience with test planning, execution, and reporting, as well as data analysis and statistical software Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience with robotics and mechatronics systems * Knowledge of bolthires's Fulfillment network and operations * Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and FDA guidelines * Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks * Certification in quality assurance, such as CQA or CQE
