Job Summary: As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in driving a culture of security, efficiency, and development by identifying statistical patterns and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. You'll work closely with our team to utilize data to create, present, and suggest innovative ideas and projects, as well as perform basic analysis to alleviate the risk of resistance through process improvements. These improvements will support our organization's objectives, including maintaining low costs, modernizing operations, and improving compliance, thereby giving arenaflex a competitive edge.
Responsibilities and Expectations: As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, your key responsibilities will include: * Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control team in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components. * Helping with creating and presenting results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders. * Assisting with exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable
Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
* Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding. * Helping with creating and disseminating specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the team. * Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors * Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision * May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader.
Requirements and
Qualifications: To succeed as a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll need: * A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or a related field. * Proficiency in gathering, organizing, and analyzing large amounts of data with care and accuracy. * Ability to effectively listen, understand, and communicate ideas and present recorded in writing, verbally, or presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
* Familiarity with bolthires Office, particularly Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, or QuickBase. * Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide suggestions using logic and reasoning. * Willingness to use PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications. * Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework are preferred. * Ability to work independently in a team-oriented, help/group-based environment. * Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual.
