  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform above and below wing tasks, including loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and fuel
  • Ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including towing, pushing, and guiding planes to and from the gate
  • Collaborate with other airport teams to ensure smooth airport operations and minimize delays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or airport industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
