- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Perform above and below wing tasks, including loading and unloading baggage, cargo, and fuel
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of aircraft, including towing, pushing, and guiding planes to and from the gate
- Collaborate with other airport teams to ensure smooth airport operations and minimize delays
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time efficiently
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or airport industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Experience working in a ramp or customer service role at an airport
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures
- Familiarity with airline systems and software
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Ability to speak multiple languages
