The Real Estate Disposition Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing the disposition strategy for arenaflex's real estate assets. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the disposition strategy for arenaflex's real estate assets, ensuring maximum returns and minimal risk Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers, negotiating sale terms and conditions to achieve the best possible outcomes Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and associated documents Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to real estate disposition, applying this knowledge to inform disposition strategies and optimize results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of the disposition process Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities, including: A history of success in sales, with a proven track record of driving results and achieving targets Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders A self-motivated and driven approach, with a demonstrated capacity for success and a passion for endorsing arenaflex's core values and culture Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work some nights and weekends as needed Resourceful and positive team player, with excellent problem-solving and judgment capabilities Familiarity with real estate software and tools, as well as a strong understanding of local real estate markets and industry trends Essential Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on disposition or sales Strong understanding of the disposition process, including negotiation, contract management, and closing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Experience working with real estate software and tools, such as property management systems and CRM platforms Knowledge of local real estate markets and industry trends, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform disposition strategies Certifications or designations in real estate, such as a real estate license or CCIM designation
