Our team is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **Responsibilities** As a Relationship Manager within our TPA Customer Care area, you'll be responsible for: * Developing and nurturing deep relationships with advisors, unbundled plan sponsors, and third-party administrators, providing them with innovative and tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. * Collaborating with TPAs, plan sponsors, and advisors on plan features, investments, retirement readiness, services, and new opportunities, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and support. * Conducting plan level health reviews to assess and improve client plans, identifying areas for growth and improvement. * Problem-solving complex issues that arise in client relationships, providing creative solutions and ensuring that our clients' needs are met. * Offering innovative and tailored solutions to meet clients' business objectives, such as retention, growth, and retirement readiness. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience. * 4+ years of retirement industry experience, with a strong understanding of Qualified Plans and unbundled experience (Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution). * The ability to become an associated person of arenaflex Securities, Inc. * Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with excellent interpersonal, analytical, and oral and written communication skills. * The ability to be assertive and entrepreneurial, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. **Nice-to-haves** While not required, experience with financial security solutions and retirement readiness strategies, as well as familiarity with investment products and variable contracts, would be a valuable asset in this role. **Benefits** As a member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Flexible Time Off (FTO) for salaried employees. * Pension eligibility. * The opportunity to participate in a bonus program for non-sales positions. * Sales positions eligible for sales incentives and bonus plans. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's collaborative, innovative, and supportive.
