Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management teams, both verbally and in writing. Eligibility Requirements: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is essential; strong communication and interpersonal skills. Residency: Must be a resident of the United States; reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
