About the Role As a
Remote Chat Service Agent at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our Customer Service Team, working to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple customers simultaneously, using software applications and arenaflex tools to provide assistance with post-order issues, such as returns, replacements, refunds, delivery status, and more. If you are a strong problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities Independently troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer Provide service to customers on multiple channels (Chat and Mobile messaging, as well as other methods as needed) to provide assistance with post-order issues Exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets Continuously look for areas of improvement and communicate trends in customer calls to leadership as appropriate Simultaneously navigate multiple customer conversations using software applications and arenaflex tools/resources Demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication using multiple channels and platforms Essential Qualifications Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment Resourcefulness and ability to independently problem-solve Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously while appropriately prioritizing and engaging with their issues Excellent relationship-building skills with a passion for helping others Strong organization and multi-tasking skills A successful track record working in a high-volume environment Regular and reliable attendance Equivalent customer-facing work experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong typing skills and experience navigating computer-based tools Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with software applications and tools used in customer service, such as chat and mobile messaging platforms Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
