- *The Role**
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Your contribution will be valued, and you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
- *Key Responsibilities and Duties**
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
- Stay up-to-date with new services, policies, and industry developments
- *Qualifications**
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Skills and Competencies: + Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters+ Strong problem-solving skills+ Proficiency in written and verbal communication+ Comfortable with technology and able to work effectively in a remote setting
