Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, and your positive and upbeat attitude will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide fantastic service over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels as needed Utilize computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties Escalate critical orders and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Essential

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent At least two years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers) Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills
