Remote Customer Service Agent – Auto Dealer Support. About the Role In this exciting role, you'll act as a trusted resource for automotive dealerships, providing timely and accurate solutions to their queries and concerns. You'll utilize your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders as needed. As a customer-facing representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, and your positive and upbeat attitude will be essential in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: Provide fantastic service over the phone, via email, chat, and other communication channels as needed Utilize computer skills to research requests related to profile assistance, track vehicle shipments, and assist with car warranties Escalate critical orders and provide timely and accurate solutions to customer inquiries Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude, even in challenging situations Meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Essential
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: A high school diploma or equivalent At least two years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers) Excellent computer, typing, and phone skills
The ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to act as a consultant and resolve customer issues A solid work ethic, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail Preferred
Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: A degree in a relevant or related field Experience in the automotive industry
Remote Work Requirements: To work remotely for arenaflex, you'll need to: Be a resident of Michigan Have high-speed internet access at home that you can connect to via Ethernet or landline Have a cellular phone Have a secluded and distraction-free work environment
