Job Description As a Freight Specialist, you will be the face of arenaflex, communicating directly with clients in person and via telephone. This entry-level customer care specialist position is an excellent opportunity to launch your career and grow with our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: Assisting clients with their freight needs, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving any issues that may arise Communicating effectively with clients, both in person and via telephone, to ensure their needs are met and exceeded Working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth movement of freight and provide exceptional customer service Utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve any issues that may arise and providing solutions to clients Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to all safety and security protocols Work Schedule and Requirements Scheduling is based on operational requirements, with shifts ranging from early morning to evening.
You will work approximately 20-40 hours per week, depending on your status. It is essential to be flexible and adaptable, as each station has its unique flight schedule and requirements.
