The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support services for our claims coordination team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems Following up on missing information to process claims Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy Compiling reports from systems with claims information You will be working closely with our claims coordination team to ensure seamless administrative support services.
Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role.
