Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Associate to on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities Model and deliver a unique and excellent customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is polite, fair, friendly, and professional. Register sales on the allocated sales register, providing customers with efficient and courteous checkout service.
Engage with customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience. Model and offer customer service best practices with all colleagues, including relational skills (e.g., welcoming, eye contact, kindness, etc.) and arenaflex service characteristics (e.g., offering assistance proactively, identifying needs, overhauling until satisfied, etc.). Provide customers with polite, friendly, quick, and efficient service, recommending products for purchase and suggesting upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Register customer purchases on the appointed sales register, collect cash and dispense change as needed, and process voids, returns, IOUs, discounts, and trades as required. Maintain counters and retire areas clean and well-marketed, take stock, and keep records, checking in and pricing stock as required or as directed by the head supervisor or shift leader. Implement Organization resource protection strategies to identify and minimize profit loss. Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding regulated products (e.g., liquor and tobacco products).
Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock, completing resets and revisions as directed. Assist with the division of food items (e.g., raw food from pre-cooked) and product placement as determined by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). Have working knowledge of store systems and store equipment. Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital photo service, banner print and creative machine, and unique sell of special photo items.
Take on web pick obligations (screens orders in Picture Care Plus, picks items, and delivers orders to customers as they arrive at the store). Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, sleek, and organized store environment and appearance. Comply with all company policies and procedures, maintaining positive relationships with colleagues. Complete special tasks and other duties as assigned. Essential Qualifications Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico).
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment. Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex. Prefer to be proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English (except in Puerto Rico).
