- **Windows 10 or 11:** With at least 8GB RAM (4GB Usable)

- **Windows Defender Antivirus and Firewall:** Must be turned On
- **United States Based High-Speed Internet:** Only; Cloud Based Internet are NOT Acceptable
- **Wired Connection to Router/Modem:** Required (wifi is not permitted)
- **10+ Mbps Download Speed and 3+ Mbps Upload Speed:** Minimum speeds accepted
- **Mobile Hotspots (T-Mobile, Verizon), Satellite, and VPNs:** NOT permitted
- **ISP Must be STABLE and Located within the USA and its Territories:** Required

- **Phone Verification Requirement:** While the actual phone calls do not utilize your device, it is essential to have phone access for a "PIN call" to complete necessary verifications
- **Mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):** Users outside our corporate network, including Microsoft Teams, are obligated to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), which involves phone verification
- **Preferred Cell Phone:** Although a cell phone is preferred, a landline number is also acceptable for fulfilling the verification and authentication requirements
