This Job As a Customer Service Coordinator at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to interact with clients in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. Whether you are promoting and selling air journeys, providing help with passenger check-in, or assisting with freight shipments, you will be an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell air journeys to the traveling public or freight forwarders Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance Interpret authority's guidelines and requirements for domestic and international journeys or shipment shipments Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times Provide assistance to troubled passengers and clients Protect company properties and revenue Ensure a safe journey for our customers Possess the physical capability and dexterity to apply motor skills to perform various job-related duties Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations Follow internal and external regulations and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Bilingual language skills are required in some locations Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays Must report to work on a regular and timely basis Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior customer service experience Knowledge of the air travel industry Experience with freight shipments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
