- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless cargo operations, including booking, tracking, and delivery
- Work independently to manage a high-volume workload, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
