About the Role In this exciting role, you'll be working as a 1099 contractor, which means you'll have the ability to set your own hours and choose when and how often you want to work. You'll be providing customer service support via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with their queries and resolving issues in a creative and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Document customer interactions and details of calls in the appropriate systems, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Navigate multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously, using your technical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently Provide creative solutions to customer problems, using your excellent communication skills to de-escalate conflicts and improve customer satisfaction Work independently, using your self-motivation and discipline to meet performance targets and deliver high-quality results Who You Are To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as solid computer skills, including typing and navigation.
You should be able to type at a speed of 30 words per minute or more, with an accuracy rate of 90% or higher. You'll also need to be self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently, using your own initiative to resolve customer issues and improve performance. Essential
