Key Responsibilities Responding to customer inquiries and issues via live chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for streaming services, including resolving issues related to playback, account management, and device compatibility Educating customers on arenaflex products, features, and subscription options, ensuring that they are aware of the full range of services available to them Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference, using this information to identify areas for improvement and optimize our support processes Collaborating with other support agents and departments to resolve complex customer issues, working together to ensure that all problems are resolved efficiently and effectively Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to be a reliable and driven individual with excellent communication skills.
