Key Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner Enter data into multiple online systems with accuracy and efficiency Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our clients Work collaboratively with our team to resolve client issues and concerns Stay up-to-date with industry developments and company policies to provide informed support to our clients Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: Minimum of 5 years of fast-paced office experience Minimum of 5 years of work experience at one company Excellent verbal communication skills A friendly, outgoing, and confident personality Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Good technical skills, including proficiency in using a PC or MAC and high-speed internet Ability to work with the 65+ age demographic, requiring patience and understanding Preferred
