Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email.

Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally. Utilize our knowledge base and resources to provide accurate and helpful information. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications A passion for pets and a genuine interest in their well-being.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and a desire to help others. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of pet care and nutrition.
