About the Role

Key Responsibilities Contacting clients to request documents required to properly service their case Responding to inquiries from existing clients, receiving inbound calls for status updates, and executing outbound calls to provide status updates Conducting financial analysis of taxpayers' income, expenses, and assets Managing and prioritizing cases depending on complexity Interacting with clients, Tax Professionals, and other departments Using time management skills to prioritize daily workload Providing an exceptional customer service experience in every customer-facing interaction Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess superior customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to multitask and prioritize your workload.

You should also have a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and IRS representatives, as well as proficiency in computer skills and a team player mentality. The following qualifications are preferred: 2+ years of experience in a Case Management role Tax resolution experience or knowledge of tax resolution processes Knowledge and application of English grammar, including composition, editing, and proofreading skills A self-starter work ethic and the ability to research and develop strategies to defend taxpayers' positions Essential Skills and Competencies Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support and engagement to clients Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, Tax Professionals, and other departments Proficiency in computer skills, including the ability to navigate our computer systems and multitask while working with customers A strong work ethic and the ability to prioritize caseload and assignments

The ability to conduct financial analysis of taxpayers' income, expenses, and assets, and assemble documents to present to government agencies
