As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain an average Inbound Handle Time (IHT) of 5 minutes or less
  • Achieve Quality Assurance (QA) goals, including a minimum of 95% first-call resolution rate
  • Adhere to Production measures, including time spent on calls, schedule adherence, and other key performance indicators
  • *Ideal Candidate Qualifications**

We're looking for individuals with:

  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Effective call handling skills and high levels of professionalism
  • A strong ability to organize and prioritize work, meet strict deadlines, and effectively communicate with outside parties
  • One to two years' experience working in a call center environment (preferably)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn software applications
  • A High School graduate or equivalent
