As a key member of our customer service team, you'll provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and satisfying experience. Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences. You'll also be responsible for other office support functions as needed. As the face of our company, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your professionalism, knowledge, and problem-solving skills will make a significant impact on their experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a unique and satisfying experience * Obtain the release of vehicles located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences * Utilize a thorough understanding of arenaflex practices to offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience * Understand client needs and offer solutions and support * Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls) * Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs * Perform other duties as assigned **Required Skills and Experience:** * One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred * High School diploma * Excellent customer service skills and attitude * Excellent written and verbal skills * Proficient with office equipment * Attention to detail * Problem-solving * Computer proficiency - MS Suite * Typing speed 45WPM * Professional appearance * Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment * Bilingual skills a plus * Occasional overtime as needed **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment * Familiarity with vehicle auctions or the automotive industry * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with chat and email customer support **Benefits Summary:** * Medical/Dental/Vision * 401k plus a company match * ESPP - Employee Stock Purchase Plan * EAP - Employee Assistance Program (no cost to you) * Vacation & Sick pay * Paid Company Holidays * Life and AD&D Insurance * Discounts * And many other employee benefits **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to fostering a workplace where everyone feels appreciated, included, and inspired to grow and contribute meaningfully.
