Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Verifying, responding to, and dispatching emergency signals in a timely and efficient manner * Answering incoming calls and notifying customers of non-emergency signals in a professional and courteous manner * Processing basic data changes to customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Handling signals from one location/area and TTY stations, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills * Working weekends, holidays, and shifts with potential for mandatory overtime, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability What's Required (Qualifications) To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) * Proficiency in bolthires Office applications and internet usage * Excellent communication, listening, and decision-making skills, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues * The ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changes in the work environment, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude * The ability to concentrate on tasks without being distracted, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) While not required, having the following qualifications can give you a competitive edge: * 0-2 years of experience in alarm monitoring or a related field, providing valuable industry knowledge and skills * Certification in alarm monitoring services, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
