Remote Customer Services Advocate, your key responsibilities will include: Working directly with arenaflex members in a fast-paced inbound contact center, providing exceptional service and support to every caller.

Building trust and creating sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported. Applying problem-solving and critical thinking skills to research and communicate solutions in a variety of situations, providing accurate and empathetic resolutions to member concerns. Effectively handling customer concerns by utilizing available resources, ensuring that all interactions are recorded and changes are documented. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure thorough and timely resolutions for all members, providing a seamless and supportive experience.

Confidentially handling policy owner information, ensuring compliance with communication standards and maintaining the highest level of data security. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service related position, with a high value placed on the customer/member experience; insurance/call center experience is preferred. Demonstrated basic mathematical aptitude, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Technical aptitude, with experience navigating and operating multiple computer applications and telephone technologies. Basic understanding and knowledge of life insurance company operations, policies, and procedures, as well as knowledge of various insurance products. Completion of insurance industry or LOMA coursework is preferred. High School Diploma is required, with some college-level coursework preferred. Must possess internet with a minimum speed of 25MB download and 5MB upload and be able to support a VPN.

Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools. Certifications or training in customer service, such as CSS or CSE. Experience working in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
