- *Program Overview**
Our Remote Customer Support Specialist program will run from January 13th, 2025, to April 15th, 2025. We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals who can commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week. Preference will be given to Service Providers (SPs) who can commit and work all 14 weeks of the program.
- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing product knowledge to address customer inquiries and concerns

- Participating in training and certification programs to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
- Meeting service level and contact per hour commitments
- Working a minimum of 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work extra shifts as needed

- Basic knowledge of tax laws and tax concepts (preferably)
