This part-time remote data entry job is an exciting opportunity to be part of the arenaflex team, working closely with our A319/A320/A321 Fleet Engineering Team within the Technical Operations Division. As a key member of this team, you'll play a vital role in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft, ensuring the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Keep informed of day-to-day airline operations involving your field of responsibility, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry. Assess daily priorities in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives, ensuring that you're focused on the most critical tasks and projects. Investigate aircraft/component problems that may cause aircraft delays or cancellations, substantial expenditures in manpower or materials, or interruptions in maintenance operations, and determine appropriate corrective actions.
Provide Engineering support as required for the disposition of discrepant conditions affecting aircraft or components, restoring serviceable status and ensuring minimal downtime. Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems, collaborating with colleagues to find solutions. Develop action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects, pursuing final dispositions according to assessed priorities and ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Coordinate with other airline departments, as required, to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions, communicating clearly and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals. Prepare Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions, providing customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other maintenance actions that provide benefits in accordance with airline/departmental objectives and management directives.
