Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data to support Pharmacy and Retail Operations in strategic planning, application development, and process improvement. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and practices concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and retail Operations and provide complex analysis to expand price benefits of proposed applications.
Key Responsibilities• Collect, summarize, and analyze data to support Pharmacy and Retail Operations in strategic planning, application development, and process improvement• Maintain in-depth knowledge of business processes and practices concerning all aspects of Pharmacy and retail Operations• Provide complex analysis to expand price benefits of proposed applications through data collection and analysis• Work on initiatives in Pharmacy and retail Operations, including process development, business trends, competitive analysis, and organizational positioning• Manage complex ad-hoc projects and analyses as needed• Collaborate across Pharmacy and retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, process development teams, and others to develop operational solutions• Coach, mentor, guide, and provide oversight to less senior Business AnalystsEssential QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:• A Bachelor's Degree and at least 1 year of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions; OR, a High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience with reading and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive development of results and find solutions• At least 1 year of experience querying databases (e.g., SQL, Golden, Business Objects, EDW, SAS, and/or SQL Server)• Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing solutions to solve problems and challenges• Experience communicating the impact of business analysis results on business leaders• Intermediate-level skill in bolthires Word, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred QualificationsPreferred candidates will have:• A Master's Degree or MBA• Retail Pharmacy Experience• Advanced skills in data analysis and reportingSkills and CompetenciesTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
