Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Inputting and extracting data from various Excel spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completeness Creating products viewed online by customers for purchase, including researching product details and ensuring compliance with brand requirements Handling customer inquiries by answering emails and taking calls to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Resolving errors on digital marketplaces and ensuring that products are displayed accurately and in compliance with brand requirements Reviewing, organizing, and selecting images for new products to ensure that they are of high quality and meet brand standards Writing product descriptions using SEO best practices to optimize search engine rankings and drive sales Conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases to include in product descriptions and other online content Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent customer service skills and a strong focus on quality and accuracy Ability to work independently in a quiet and dedicated workspace with a desktop computer and two screens Proficiency in using multiple web-based programs at once, including bolthires Excel, Word, and other software applications Comfortable with repetitious tasks and able to manage a large amount of data accurately and efficiently Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Flexible and team-oriented, with a focus on customer satisfaction and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills to resolve issues and make decisions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in data entry, accounting, or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research, with the ability to optimize online content for search engines and drive sales Experience working with digital marketplaces and e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of online sales and marketing principles Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a large amount of data accurately and efficiently Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Proficiency in bolthires Excel, Word, and other software applications, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues and make decisions in a timely and professional manner
