About the Role We are seeking an experienced data entry and live chat specialist to. As part of the customer listening team, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end voice of the customer technique, which includes layout and programming of customer experience surveys. With over 5M surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider area, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact. The successful candidate will assist in the transformation and innovation of the end-to-end voice of the customer method, working closely with product and process owners, subject matter specialists, and the agile crew in technology.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with the utility teams to outline, frame, and capture business needs Develop knowledge of voice of the customer methods and leverage the same to define and transform the data within the cornerstone big data platform Design and build a robust data model architecture to aid most fulfilling data processing and standardized metric definitions Enable big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case level Provide guidance to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystem Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing & builds automation tools Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve best and efficiency Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Hands-on development experience on Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, Development Launch Management, and Troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no longer less than 3 years Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise the functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to the business groups Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Experience working in a remote or live chat environment Knowledge of data entry and customer service principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting Languages, Development Launch Management, and Troubleshooting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and automate manual tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
