Job Overview As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of the Data Entry department, ensuring seamless processing of incoming orders from facilities serviced by the company. Key Responsibilities Utilize financial data to improve profitability and prepare and manage operational budgets, ensuring the Data Entry department operates efficiently and effectively. Meet deadlines based on schedules and goals, prioritizing tasks and managing workload with minimal supervision. Improve processes and policies to support organizational goals, analyzing the efficiency of the Data Entry area operation and planning for growth with a focus on quality and accuracy. Ensure high customer service standards while supporting sales and marketing activities, maintaining excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Assist in the development of strategic plans for Data Entry operational activities, participating in Continuous Quality Initiatives and helping to institute and develop a culture of quality and excellence. Establish and maintain safety policies to ensure the safety of all individuals present in the Data Entry area, promoting a safe and healthy work environment. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school education or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
A high level of knowledge of Long-term Care Pharmacy systems is preferred, although not essential. You will need to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage your workload effectively. Essential Skills and Competencies Strong analytical problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Computer skills, including PC, Internet, Email, bolthires Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to comfortably sit and use a computer for up to 8 hours daily. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
